Shipping: Once your made-to-order jewelry is ready, it will be shipped via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment’s journey.

Holiday and Sale Periods:

Increased Processing Times: During major sales and holiday periods, please expect extended processing times due to a higher volume of orders. While we strive to maintain our usual 5-10 business days processing time, it may be longer during these peak times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
